JM&A Group Amps Up Dealers’ Performance

JM&A Group’s Performance Development Center (PDC) was established in 1997 to support the training needs of dealers’ F&I departments. Today, the PDC provides a range of instructor-led and virtual courses in the areas of F&I, Sales, Management Development, Fixed Operations and Legal Compliance to more than 4,000 dealer customers across the U.S. The PDC uses cutting-edge and highly interactive training techniques that are proven to help boost participant performance back in the store.
